Lou Restaurant Group was founded in St. Louis by brothers Michael and Matt Ratz, who were both born and raised in the city they proudly serve. Built on a shared passion for hospitality and quality food, the group reflects their commitment to creating memorable dining experiences rooted in community.

The name “Lou” honors their grandfather, Lou Ratz, whose values of hard work, family, and integrity continue to inspire everything they do.

Lou Restaurant Group is the team behind UKRAFT Brunch Cafe and the newly launched GuacoTaco. Each concept brings a unique flavor and energy, while staying true to the group’s mission: serving fresh, high-quality food in an inviting atmosphere.
